SHIPPING & RETURNS
Standard postal delivery for all orders is 2-3 working days. Should you not receive your delivery within this time, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com
All items are sent via Royal Mail post and charged by parcel size - you can choose either 1st or 2nd Class. This will be calculated at checkout.
Shipment via Courier for larger/bulk items is available. Please get in contact to discuss this option.
You can of course select Free local delivery if you live in the Salisbury area or click and collect from our Wilton store.
We currently ship within the UK only. Whilst we look to add an international service in due course, please do get in touch with us before you complete your order should you need us to ship outside the UK.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly refund or exchange any item you are not totally happy with, providing the product that you purchased is unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and return goods to us within 14 days of receipt.
A returns note will be included in your package. Please fill out the details on the return slip and send this back with the item.
Refunds (less the delivery charge) will be credited to you via the original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has been damaged in transit. The costs of shipping are non-refundable. When you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or inaccurately described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
